• Start with a shaker full of ice

• 2 - 2.5oz Empress 1908 Gin

• 1oz Blueberry Juice

• 0.5oz Simple Syrup

• Shake and strain into a martini glass

• Top with a Berry Seltzer (I used Waterloo Summer Berry)
