Strawberry Fizz Royale

This is the third and final drink that Sir Shaker created for the Flamingle event at the McNinch House Restaurant. Personally, it is my favorite of the three. It is a play on a French 75, but with Strawberry Gin and Rosé Prosecco.
Start with a shaker full of ice
2oz Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin
0.5oz Lemon Juice
0.5oz Simple Syrup
Shake and strain into a champagne flute
Top with Rosé Prosecco and enjoy!
