Rum is one of my favorite liquors. It is so versatile from plain silver rum, to flavored rum (like Cruzan Coconut, etc), then spiced rum, and all the way to the crazy intricacies of aged rum. With that being said, there aren't many martinis that are made with rum, so this is what I came up with.
Start with a shaker full of ice
1.5oz Coconut Rum (Cruzan)
1.5oz Silver Rum (Barcardi or similar)
0.75oz Spiced Rum (Captain Morgan
1.5oz Pineapple Juice
0.75oz Coconut Water
Shake all of these ingredients and strain into a martini glass
Top with Dark Rum
