The name of this martini emphasizes the dark and fruity flavors of the drink, with a touch of intrigue and sophistication. I found the San Pellegrino Essenza, Variety Pack at Costco and these flavors were the inpsiration for this and other drinks to come.
Start with a shaker full of ice
2.5oz Effen Blood Orage Vodka
0.5oz Chambord
0.5oz Lemon Juice
Shake and strain into a martini glass
Top with San Pellegrino Blood Orange & Black Raspberry Seltzer
