I started with adding a little twist on the classic French 75. If you start a day with mimosas and have left over prosecco, this is the perfect cocktail to make to finish off that bottle.

  • Start with a shaker full of ice

  • 1.5oz Gin (I think the Kirkland Signature Gin from Costco is great for this cocktail)

    • Tanqueray is also a very good option

  • 0.5oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur

  • 0.5oz Lemon Juice (by now you probably know which lemon juice I prefer)

  • Shake and strain into a champagne flute

  • Then top off with Prosecco until the glass is full

Enjoy this on a spring or summer day when there is nice weather outside!
