ApPear-Licious

After creating the Appletini Remake and having the Apple Cider and St. George Pear Liqueur on hand, I thought both would probably mix very well with Spiced Rum. So, this is what I was able to come up with.

• Start with a shaker full of ice

• 2oz Spiced Rum (Captain Morgan preferably)

• 1.5oz Apple Cider

• 1.5oz Pear Liqueur (I use St. George)

• Shake all of these ingredients and strain into a 16oz cup (Tervis)

• Top with Ginger Ale (definitely recommend Canada Dry)

Another cocktail to enjoy on a fall day!
